  • Labor Day Schedule for the Beau Chene Homeowners Association Office
    Our offices will be closed on Monday, September 4th in observance of Labor Day.  For any water or sewer emergencies please call our main number at 985-231-6285 and press #3 for Lindsey.

  • Status of the Main Gate Entrance Reconstruction
    The wet conditions have delayed our project a few weeks but construction is continuing at the Main entrance.  Remaining work scope includes the installation of copper roofing, construction of speed hump on entrance side of guardhouse and road paving.  We are estimating the completion date at the end of September or early October.  Please be on the lookout for future messages regarding lane closure dates.
  • Road Repaving Program for 2017
    This year we have budgeted for the resumption of our road overlay program expected to start in late September.  Our road overlay program allows for a 10-12-year replacement schedule and even longer with the addition of an asphalt crack sealing program.  This year’s project includes streets that were last overlaid in 2002.  In addition, the streets designated as part of our walking paths will be stripped to include two 10 ft. vehicular/bicycle shared lanes and one 4 ft. designated pedestrian walking path.  Crosswalks will also be stripped at major intersections to connect the walking paths.
  • Beau Chene Homeowners Association (BCHOA) Annual Meeting Minutes Are Now Available
    The meeting minutes from the May 17th Annual Meeting are now available on our member access website.  Our website has a member login tab that provides members secure access to their homeowners billing, personal information, and community information.  To get logged in go to our website at and click the tab “login” in the upper right corner on the home page.  You will be prompted for an ID# and password to gain access.  The ID# is your Homeowner member number (five or six digits).  This member ID# is printed on the payment coupon books for member dues and can be obtained from the BCHOA office at 985-231-6285.  If you experience any difficulty in logging into your secure member access site please call the BCHOA office at 985-231-6285 and ask for Myrna or Misty.
